At Becca’s Sweet Paradise, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order desserts with love and care. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we kindly ask you to review our refund policy below:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. If the request is made within this window, we may be able to offer a partial credit toward a future order.

Quality Concerns

If there is an issue with the quality of your order, we want to make it right! Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at [your email] with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

  • Your order number or confirmation

We will review your concern and may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Allergy Notice

Please be aware that while we offer gluten-free and vegan options, all products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and other allergens. We are not liable for any allergic reactions and recommend contacting us before ordering if you have any food sensitivities.

Pickup & Delivery

Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or credit. For delivery orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the confirmed window.
